A big thank you to my loyal readers & supporters - I am now taking a break for my own mental health!

This is just a quick post to say thank you so much to my loyal supporters who continue to inspire and encourage me on this mission to get published and help others to survive the horrors of mental illness.

As anyone who's been reading this blog lately will know, I've been making a massive effort recently to up my PR campaign, to write more articles, and to record YouTube videos.

This isn't just gratuitous work, in fact, most of the time, it costs me money to do so!

It is also absolutely exhausting and although I have another important video to post, I have decided to take a break for the sake of my own mental health.

Knowing when to step back and take time off is essential for everyone and this decision to break could not have come at a better time.

I am actually going to the French Alps to ski and parler la langue which is exactly what I need right now.

The last time I went skiing was four years ago and I stupidly went while suffering from depression.

Everyone told me it would make me feel better - it didn't!

It was an absolute nightmare and I felt like killing myself constantly. I literally cried every morning trying to put my ski boots on...

BUT this time will be different because I am finally WELL and am actually looking forward to the experience!

Thank f*%& for that quite honestly!

Anyway, I just wanted to write a very quick post this morning to say thank you so much to all my loyal supporters and to explain my upcoming absence from the blog.

People keep asking what they can do to help and the only thing I need is for people to follow, share, like, and spread the message about what I'm doing on my social media sites.

I need proof of a following in order to get my important self-help/memoir published and the only way to do this is if I have a ready-made audience, so if you want to help then please keep sharing the site and platforms to others!

Thanks so much for everyone's support and I will be back in a week's time!

Thanks for reading,

Speak to you soon,

TR
